One Dead, One in Critical Condition After Car Crashes into Fairfax McDonald’s

One man is dead and one is in critical condition after a crash in Fairfax County Monday morning.

A 69-year-old man’s vehicle struck the north side wall of the Courthouse McDonald’s on Old Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia, around 6:45 a.m., Fairfax police said.

Two people were trapped inside of the McDonald’s between their tables and the wall of the building, police said.

Harold Skeins, 78, of Fairfax, died from his injuries, and the other man is being treated at a hospital, according to police.

Police are currently investigating the case, but no charges have been placed at this time.
